Where can I book with Lounge Pass?

Lounge Pass offers over 150 lounges worldwide in over 110 airports, including 22 in the UK. To view a comprehensive list of all locations simply select find your lounge and choose one of the 3 regions of the map - Europe/Africa/Middle East, The Americas or Asia/Pacific.

What does it cost to book a lounge through Lounge Pass and how do I pay?

Prices start from as little as £13.50 and vary by destination. When you go to book your lounge and select an airport and lounge of your choice, the costs (including those for children where permitted) will be displayed accordingly. You will be asked to pay online via a secure network connection using one of the following cards – Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard or American Express.

How do I book a lounge through Lounge Pass?

There are 4 simple steps to a successful booking (please remember that all bookings must be at least 24 hours in advance of your departure date and for up to a maximum of 9 persons per booking).

1. Select your lounge
2. Complete your passenger details
3. Complete your payment details
4. Collect your Lounge Pass confirmation


Please remember you need this confirmation as proof of purchase and you will not be able to enter a lounge without it.

Can I book more than 1 lounge at a time?

Yes, Lounge Pass allows you to book as many lounges as required within the same transaction. For example should you wish to book a lounge for your return journey, simply go to ‘Book another lounge’ and select the airport and lounge of your choice. Each lounge selected is added to your ‘Lounge Cart’ and the total cost is displayed for easy reference. When your lounge selection is complete simply ‘Proceed to pay’.

What if I have problems making a booking?

How many people can be included on one booking?

Each lounge operator/supplier will have their own entry requirements for Lounge Pass bookings, please see website for more details. All Group Bookings must be made directly with Lounge Pass and are on a request basis. All group bookings require 7 days written notice and all requests must be emailed to groupbookings@loungepass.com

Are children allowed access to the lounges?

Some lounges do not permit entry to infants (0 – 1 yrs inclusive) or children (2 – 11 yrs inclusive) and this information will be clearly displayed on the first step of the booking process as well as on each individual lounge details page. Lounge Pass will not allow you to include infants and children as part of your booking where these restrictions are in force.

What if the booking needs to be amended?

If you are already in receipt of your Lounge Pass booking confirmation please contact Lounge Pass within office hours at least 24 hours prior to your desired departure date. A team of staff will be on hand to assist you with your requirements.

What happens if I forget or lose my Lounge Pass booking confirmation?

You need your Lounge Pass booking confirmation as proof of purchase and you will not be able to enter any lounge without it. Under the terms and conditions of Lounge Pass, lounges will refuse entry to any passengers not in possession of a valid Lounge Pass booking confirmation. In the event you lose your Lounge Pass please contact Lounge Pass within office hours at least 24 hours prior to your desired departure date.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Lounge Pass will refund in full provided that written notification is received within office hours at least 24 hours prior your departure date.

How long can I stay in a lounge?

Are there any other restrictions at the lounges?

Each lounge has its own entry conditions, which are clearly displayed on each individual lounge details page. These could include specific dress codes and it is always advisable to check the lounge details of your selected lounge before proceeding with your booking. Please remember to make sure that the lounge location is accessible from the terminal you are travelling from and that the hours of operation match your travel plans.

What is included in the cost of the visit?

You are free to use any facilities or services available and generally lounges provide complimentary refreshments however this is not always the case. Where payment is required for refreshments or services you will be asked to pay directly at the lounge. Champagne is not included in the lounge price, unless a champagne package is booked where available as clearly specified within the lounge listing. Champagne packages are only available at selected locations and have been negotiated through Lounge Pass with the lounge.
