Cancel and Refund

Cancellations must be advised in writing by letter, fax or by email to Lounge Pass within office hours at least 24 hours prior to the flight departure.

The full Lounge Pass cost will be refunded back to (a) the credit/payment card or (b) the agent's account, according to whichever method was used for the original booking.

No refund will be given for any cancellation notified to Lounge Pass less than 24 hours before the flight departure.
