Cancel and Refund
Cancellations must be advised in writing by letter, fax or by email to Lounge Pass within working hours at least 24 hours prior to the visit date and time at the lounge.
The full cost of the Lounge Pass booking, less any cancellation charge advised at the time of booking, will be refunded back to (a) the credit/payment card or (b) the agent's account, according to whichever method was used for the original booking.
No refund will be given for any cancellation notified to Lounge Pass less than 24 hours prior to the visit date and time at the lounge.
