How to book
There are 4 simple steps to a successful booking through Lounge Pass. At any stage you can refer to your ‘Lounge Cart’ for a summary of your booking:
Step 1: Choose from a drop down airport selection the destination and lounge of your choice, your desired departure date (all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your departure date) and the number of passengers in your party (a maximum of 5 per booking). You can check the specific details of the lounge (e.g. location, opening times and entry conditions) and see how much it would cost for each passenger in your party. You will be advised if infants (0 – 1 inclusive) or children (2 – 11 inclusive) are not permitted at the lounge of your choice.
Step 2: Complete the names of the passengers in your party. You are given the option to select another lounge (maybe for the return journey) or proceed to pay through a secure network connection.
Step 3: You are given a summary of your booking(s). If you do not wish to book another lounge you are asked to complete your payment details. You are then asked to confirm your acceptance of our Conditions of Use and provide your consents for data processing before finally proceeding to collect your Lounge Pass.
Step 4: You are advised that your transaction has been successful and you will receive your Lounge Pass booking confirmation (as a 'PDF' attachment) within the next few minutes by email. You can also download your confirmation direct from this page via the clearly marked ‘PDF’ Lounge Pass confirmation link (you will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to view or print your confirmation). Please note you require your booking confirmation as proof of purchase and you will not be able to enter the lounge without it.
